Some are fortunate to have the opportunity and the determination to see it through and write a bestseller, while many of us often feel we just do not have what it takes - either the time or the talent - to translate the storyline and its characters onto the written page.
When people tell me they can't write, the first question I ask them usually is, when was the last time you tried to write? Usually, they shake their heads and throw their arms up in the air and say, "Never!" They often react by saying, "Where would I find the time to write a book?" If you don't make time to sit down, switch on the PC and tap out the first few words, you will never know if you have got what it takes to be a writer. Let me assure you that if you have talent you will make time.
